Automated Clutch

Description

The automated clutch was produced and installed on two automobiles with different technical specification and has covered all theoretical goals:

  • The device can be mounted on any automobile with an ordinary gearbox, without modifying the original construction of the car, thus ensuring automated acceleration and pulling up. This is extremely important when driving in traffic jams and other difficult driving conditions.
  • No matter how long a gear is engaged or not the system is not wearing out - main disadvantage of the ordinary one. This benefit makes the automatic gear-box unnecessary.
  • The spring system in the friction disc is absolutely unnecessary / this results in lower production costs of friction discs/.
  • As a result of the precise cohesion with the friction disc (i.e. during driving off) the life of the friction disc is increased considerably.
  • The wearing out of the friction disc does not decrease the force of cohesion - another disadvantage of many modern ordinary clutches.
  • At certain circumstances the friction disc can be removed at all.
  • The production costs are lower as compared to the ordinary one because we remove the clutch pedal, the pump, the fork, the pressing disc, the axial bearing and others.
