About the president of the company

Since 1962 Ivan Ivanov has been working on implanting new technologies in industrial enterprises and carrying out repairs on machines and equipment. One of the most serious achievements in this area is the replacement of a heating system for technological water in the biggest plant for production of asbestos sheets - "Balkanstroi" Plovdiv, thus raising its efficiency with 96%. Later was rearranged at a similar efficiency another factory for corrugated profiles - "Metal Constructions" Plovdiv and the heating of industrial covered halls - "Silova Elektronica" Plovdiv. Despite these achievements the automobile researches remain his main priority. As a result in 1987 Ivan Ivanov invents a simple automated clutch, which can be installed on any type of automobile with an ordinary mechanical gearbox. This clutch replaces completely the automatic gear-boxes. It is unique for driving in the city, because no matter whether the clutch is engaged, or not, it is not wearing out. The second important research concerns the removal of the valve system's springs. Its main advantage is the reducing of the power loses, needed for the rotation of the valve system. Another important advantage of this invention is the decreased weight of the new valve system (due to reduced rotation resistance of the valve system), which allows the introduction of a cam belt even in heavy-duty engines.

About the company

NITI-95 was founded in 1995 by Ivan Ivanov and Nikolina Trendafilova in Plovdiv. The main activities of the company include automobile researches, technological reequipment and modernization of industrial plants and trade with liquid fuels. In 2001 Ivan Ivanov becomes a president and owner of the company.
